Trainning course: Best practices in the analysis of NGS data

When? July 27-31 2015

This is a 5 day course covering state-of-the-art and best-practice tools for NGS RNA-seq and ChIP-seq data analysis. The course – Best practices in the analysis of RNA-seq and ChIP-Seq data – will be presented in July 27-31, 2015 at the University of Cambridge.

Graduate students, and researchers (funded by Cancer research UK) who want to learn about NGS data and analyse their own data are invited to register to attend.
