When? July 27-31 2015
This is a 5 day course covering state-of-the-art and best-practice tools for NGS RNA-seq and ChIP-seq data analysis. The course – Best practices in the analysis of RNA-seq and ChIP-Seq data – will be presented in July 27-31, 2015 at the University of Cambridge.
Graduate students, and researchers (funded by Cancer research UK) who want to learn about NGS data and analyse their own data are invited to register to attend.
Not from CRUK?
If you are not funded by CRUK, there is another NGS course, also run by the University of Cambridge – Analysing Next Generation Sequencing data using Bioconductor. Check out the materials for this 3-day course here: http://bioinformatics-core-shared-training.github.io/ngs-in-bioc/
And see you there!!
